Terms and Conditions for Cashback
1. This offer entitles the customers to receive cashback on their UPI or Bank Account. The customers will be responsible for their choice of the cashback transfer method. The denomination of the cashback will be revealed post successful registration on the promotional website.
2. Any customer purchasing a promotional product and following the directions on the pack, shall be eligible to receive a voucher. The customer shall receive a cashback of an amount mentioned on the promotional website. (“Cashback/Voucher Amount”).
3. By redeeming the offer provided on the same, a participant agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions below (“Conditions”).
4. These Conditions apply to every person redeeming the offer ("Participant”) given by Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd. and Panasonic Life Solutions India Private Limited No claim shall lie for any redemption requests made after the expiry of the Offer Period.
5. Every Participant will be responsible for entering details such as UPI ID, Bank Account Number etc. Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd. and Panasonic Life Solutions India Private Limited will not be responsible for any incorrect entries or details on the promotion website. No change in details will be entertained once you have submitted the booking.
6. This offer can be availed by any Indian resident of 18 years of age or above.
7. Every Participant agrees that the details shared by Participant including name, mobile no. and other information (Data) is required for the purpose of participation in this offer. Each Participant hereby expressly provides his/her consent to Premier Sales Promotions Private Limited and Panasonic Life Solutions India Private Limited along with its affiliates to process and store Data in connection with the successful implementation of this Cashback offer/ scheme, including cross-border processing.
8. The Payment processing partner holds the right to refuse transactions deemed fraudulent as per their policies. In the event of any fraud detection, the wallet partner reserves the right to modify/change, discontinue, terminate, and withdraw the Offer at any time during the Offer Period.
9. The Participant acknowledges that relevant state and central taxes may be deducted by the merchant while redeeming the discount offer and therefore, the amount reflected in the voucher may not be the same as the final redemption value received by the Participant.
10. In no event shall Premiere Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd or Panasonic Life Solutions India Private Limited be held liable for any issues relating to the redemption of the voucher including redemption requests not being honoured by the payment processing partner.
11. In no event shall the maximum liability of Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd. and/or Panasonic Life Solutions India Private Limited exceed the value of the voucher as the case may be.
12. Participants can raise a complaint related to this offer at feedback@bigcity.in
13. Any disputes or differences in connection with the offer shall be governed by the laws of India and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts at New Delhi.
14. The Payment processing partner reserves the right to restrict cashback for any account with suspicious behavior or invalid details/credentials. The wallet partner/payment processing partner has the right to ask for documents to prove the customer/user's identity.
15. This offer is subject to government regulations.
Terms & Conditions – Amazon Pay Gift Voucher
1. Amazon Gift Cards may only be redeemed toward the purchase of eligible products on www.amazon.in. Purchases are deducted from the redeemer’s Gift Card balance. Any unused Gift Card balance will remain associated with the redeemer’s Amazon.in account
2. and applied to purchases in order of earliest expiration date. If a purchase exceeds the redeemer's Gift Card balance, the remaining amount must be paid with by credit card, net banking or debit card. No fees or charges apply to Gift Cards.
3. Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards. Gift Cards cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value or redeemed for cash. Unused Gift Card balances associated with an Amazon.in account cannot be transferred to another Amazon.in account. No interest will be payable by Amazon on any Gift Card or Gift Card balance.
4. Amazon.in or Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd. is not responsible if a Gift Card is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission. Amazon Seller Services Private Limited ("Amazon") will have the right to close customer accounts and take payment from alternative forms of payment if a fraudulently obtained Gift Card is redeemed and/or used to make purchases on www.amazon.in.
5. The Amazon.in Conditions of Use apply to Gift Cards. Amazon.in reserves the right to change these Gift Card terms and conditions from me to me in its discretion and without prior notice to you. All terms and conditions are applicable to the extent permitted by law.
6. The Amazon Gift Voucher is Redeemable across all products on Amazon except apps, certain global store products and other Amazon.in gift cards.
7. Gift Vouchers once sold are non-refundable, whether you use it or not.
8. This gift voucher cannot be treated as a cash equivalent under any circumstances or interpretation and shall under no circumstances can be exchanged for cash.
9. Validity of Gift Vouchers cannot be extended, new EGVs cannot be provided against the expired/unused Vouchers.
10. Once Amazon code is applied on Amazon India Website or App, it will be valid for 6 months for utilization.
11. This gift voucher is not valid at any of Amazon.in alliance partner website/App or any retail outlets / stores
12. All disputes arising out of or in connection to this scheme are subject to exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore only.
13. EGVs are a Prepaid Instrument subjected to regulations by Reserve Bank of India. Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd and its GV issuing partners will be legally required to share the details of the purchase of the EGVs and transaction undertaken using the EGV. The issuer is also required to share the Know Your Customer (“KYC”) details of the purchaser/ redeemer of the EGV with RBI or such statutory authorities, as per statutory guidelines issued from me to me. Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd and its GV issuing partners may contact the purchaser of the EGV in this regard.
Terms and Conditions for Kalyan Jewellers Gold Gift Voucher
1. This E-Gift Card is Redeemable on Gold Coin and Gold Jewellery at Kalyan Jewellers Stores in India.
2. This E-Gift Card Valid for 3 months from the date of issue
3. E-Gift Card cannot be exchanged for cash
4. E-Gift Card can be redeemed only once, and any unused balance will not be available for future use
5. A maximum of 10 vouchers can be redeemed against a single cash memo.
6. E-Gift Card must be presented at the store in original condition i.e. email or SMS to be produced if received via SMS or email from the original source or if the voucher was delivered in any App or portal, it should be produced on the App or portal at the billing counter. Forwarded emails from any other email account except for the authorized company or print out in excel or any image with the vouchers will not be accepted at the outlet.
7. E-Gift Card is valid at only Kalyan Jewellers Stores in India
8. No Photocopy/Reproduction of the E-Gift Card will be accepted.
9. No Duplicate E-Gift Card will be issued in case of the same being misplaced or lost.
10. E-Gift Card is redeemable on one cash memo only.
11. E-Gift Card is not a legal tender.
12. In case of any store redemption issue, customers can reach out to Kalyan support number # 022-49769725/15.
13. Expired Vouchers cannot be Re-validated.
Terms and Conditions for Myntra Vouchers
1. This E-Gift Card is redeemable only on Myntra marketplace platform.
2. This E-Gift Card shall have a validity period of 6 Months from the date of issue. Once Expired, Gift card once expired cannot be revalidated.
3. This E - Gift Card cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.
4. Multiple E- Gift Cards can be clubbed in a single order.
5. E -Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for Cash or Credit and cannot be reloaded.
6. This E-Gift Card can be redeemed online against sellers listed on www.myntra.com or Myntra Mobile App only.
7. In cases where the order is cancelled, the E- Gift Card amount shall be refunded to the source E-Gift Card. The E - Gift Card amount shall not be refunded to the user's cashback account.
8. The balance amount, if any, of the cost of the item being purchased by the Customer, after the discount has been availed, will have to be paid by the Customer at the time of purchase. If the order value exceeds the E -Gift Card amount, the balance must be paid by Credit Card/Debit Card/Internet Banking/Cash on Delivery.
9. Additional Delivery Fee or any platform charges will be covered under the Gift card purchase as long as the total cost does not exceed the Gift Voucher value.
10. All taxes, duties, levies or other statutory dues and charges payable in connection with the benefits accruing under the offer shall be borne solely by the Customer
11. If the order value is less than the amount of the E - Gift Card, the outstanding balance (after deduction of order value) will reflect under the same E -Gift Card and can be used for subsequent transactions.
12. For individual retail customers E - Gift Cards can be purchased on www.myntra.com or Myntra Mobile App using the following payment modes only - Credit Card, Debit Card and Net Banking.
13. Gift Cards can be redeemed by selecting the payment mode as Gift Card.
14. You are solely responsible for the safety and security of the E -Gift Cards. myntra.com/Agency are not responsible for any acts of omission or commission if Gift Card is lost, stolen or used without permission.
15. Once the E - Gift Card has been sent to the customer, then the customers are bound to protect the E-Gift Card PIN or E -Gift Card number. In the event of any misuse of E -Gift Card due to loss of any such confidential details due to the fault of the purchaser/customer, myntra.com/ Agency shall not be held responsible for the same and no refund can be issued against such E -Gift Cards. .
16. Myntra.com/ Agency assume no responsibility for the products purchased using the E - Gift Card and any liability thereof is expressly disclaimed. Product warranty shall be regulated by the terms and conditions mentioned on the warranty card of respective products.
17. Myntra reserves the right to cancel the E - Gift Card if the same have been found to be purchased with fraudulent means and/or the beneficiary/Know Your Customer ("KYC") details as per RBI Guidelines are found to be incorrect/insufficient. In such cases, the funds shall be credited back to the same source from where these were received.
18. You agree and understand that E - Gift Cards are a pre-paid payment Instrument subjected to regulations by RBI. Under the RBI guidelines, Myntra may be required to share KYC details of the purchaser/ redeemer of the Gift Card and/or any other information with relation to the purchase of the Gift Cards and/or transaction undertaken using the Gift Card with RBI or such statutory authorities. Myntra/ Agency may contact the purchaser/redeemer of the E-Gift Cards for any such information.
19. Myntra along with its sellers reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the E-Gift Card, including extending, withdrawing or discontinuing the same without notice, at its sole discretion.
20. All orders would be subject to availability at the time of purchase and will be governed by the standard terms and conditions on myntra.com. In case of return of the purchased item, please refer to the “Return Policy” on our website or write to returns@myntra.com.
21. All disputes arising out of or in connection to this scheme are subject to exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore only.
22. Gift Cards are not applicable on the following sellers: Titan Company Limited, Bluestone Jewellery & Lifestyle Pvt. Ltd., Aditya Birla Fashion & Retail Pvt. Ltd.
23. This E-Gift Card can be redeemed online against all sellers listed on www.myntra.com or Myntra Mobile App only except items sold by TITAN company Ltd, BlueStone Jewellery and Lifestyle Pvt Ltd and Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Limited.
24. No fees or charges apply to E-Gift Cards.
25. Every holder of E-Gift Cards shall be required to add the value stored on such E-Gift Card into the Myntra Wallet/Myntra User Account as a pre-requisite to the redemption of the E-Gift Cards. The loading of the E-Gift card onto the Myntra Wallet /Myntra User Account shall constitute registration of the User.
26. Myntra Designs Private Limited shall honour and consider requests for blocking of E-Gift Cards only from users who have registered in accordance with the terms above.
27. The cardholder may request for the revalidation of the expired E-Gift Card. Upon receipt of such request the E-Gift Card may be revalidated after due verification and maybe subject to additional terms and conditions.
General Terms & Conditions
1. This Voucher entitles you to an assured cashback of Rs. 500 or Rs. 1000 or Rs. 50,000 Gold Gift Voucher or Rs 9999 Shopping Voucher subject to any applicable taxes along with Discount Offers worth upto Rs. 25,000. The reward won will be revealed upon successful registration on the promotional website. The reward will be processed after successful verification of the invoice/bill and other details.
2. This offer is for consumers only and is not a trade scheme or employee scheme for Company’s employees, retailers, dealers and/or distributors. The usage of this Voucher is incumbent upon the terms & conditions to be followed by the voucher holder/purchaser. Such conditions need to be followed by the voucher holder/purchaser.
3. The "How to Use/Redeem" instructions form a part of these Terms & Conditions.
4. The Promotion & contest shall run on the selected SKUs only.
5. This offer is subject to promotional availability. This offer is not exchangeable for “cash” or for “sale”.
6. Any costs associated with entering the promotion, including accessing the promotional website, are the responsibility of each entrant. Also, regular call and message rates will apply as per the consumer telecom operator in their respective circles.
7. Only one voucher code per booking will be entertained. Multiple vouchers cannot be booked together.
8. Only printed invoice/bill that includes in a legible manner the Store Name (Only select Panasonic EBO Outlets), Store Address, Store GST No, Date of Purchase, Invoice/Bill No, Item Names (only the participating products), and prices will be considered as an eligible receipt for the purpose of claiming rewards.
9. No handwritten bills/invoices or photocopied bills/invoices, scanned, illegible, tampered or defaced bills/invoices will be considered.
10. Only the purchases made between 22/09/2025 – 05/11/2025 (45 days) will be considered for rewards.
11. The invoice/bill copy should clearly mention the eligible products ie. SKU name
12. The invoice/bill copy should be in ENGLISH language only.
13. One single bill/invoice will be valid for one reward, regardless of the number of eligible SKUs purchased in that invoice.
14. Photocopied, torn or mutilated Vouchers will not be accepted.
15. Customer purchase invoice should have customer name and mobile number, no registration/booking will be entertained if the invoice is in the name of any other person or company/organization.
16. The customer will need to register the voucher within 10 days of their purchase or before the last date to register, whichever is earlier, failing which the voucher will be invalidated and cannot be used further.
17. A maximum of one voucher can be used per person, per mobile number, per email id, and per account, per invoice, per account during the promotion period.
18. PREMIER SALES PROMOTIONS PVT LTD is acting as an executing agency for this promotional offer.
19. Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd. and/or Company hold no legal and financial liability on unclaimed offers, incentives, vouchers, etc. beyond the applicable period of the promotional offer.
20. Under this promotion, the Vouchers are being offered directly by Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd. Company is not responsible either directly or indirectly with respect to any matter pertaining to this Voucher and the prize offered with this Voucher.
21. Each Participant represents and warrants that he/she is legally competent to enter into binding contracts under applicable laws. By taking part and/or entering into the Contest/promotion the Participant warrants that all information provided by Participant regarding Participant's name, age, state, city, address, phone number, etc., is true, correct, accurate and complete.
22. The decision of Panasonic Life Solutions India Private Limited or its Agency, as regards the selection of winners and distribution of the prizes shall be final, subject only to Panasonic Life Solutions India Private Limited approval. No correspondence or any other claims whatsoever, in this regard will be entertained.
23. Panasonic Life Solutions India Private Limited shall entertain no queries, claims, dispute, complaints, or grievances. and its agency after 10 days from the date of the closure of the contest/promotion period.
24. Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable in any manner for any cost or expense incurred for the purpose of redemption of the Voucher.
25. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Company, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorized intervention or fraud, the Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to invalidate any customer; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
26. Premier Sales Promotion Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone or network or lines, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on a mobile network, or any combination thereof, or any other technical failures including any damage to entrant's or any other person's mobile handset or computer related to, or resulting from, participation in this promotion or the downloading of any materials related to this promotion.
27. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned because of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, technical failures or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, Company reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, subject to any written directions made under applicable State or Territory legislation.
28. Caution: Any attempt to deliberately damage the Company’s promotional website or the information on the website, to cause malicious damage or interference with the normal functioning of the website, or to otherwise undermine the legitimate operation of this promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, whether successful or not, the Company reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law. If the Company suffers loss or incurs any costs in connection with any breach of these Terms or any other legal obligation by an entrant, the entrant agrees to indemnify the promoter for those losses, damages, and costs.
29. This voucher has no monetary value, is non-transferable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer.
30. Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd. and/or Company will have no legal and financial liability on unclaimed offers, incentives, vouchers, etc. beyond the applicable period of the promotional offer.
31. Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd., its clients, agents, and distributors accept no responsibility, financial or otherwise for the misuse of Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd. vouchers by the participants and are not liable for any personal loss or injury and cannot be held responsible for any disagreement concerning quality/ availability of featured offers.
32. Promoter does not endorse the quality of any of the products or services being offered by the Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd or by the cashback partners. Any complaints or queries pertaining to the same would have to be taken up directly with the Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd marketing of such a product or service.
33. Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd., the Promoter, their clients, agents, and distributors will not be liable to replace any lost, stolen or damaged vouchers/documents.
34. These Terms & Conditions are subject to Indian Law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in New Delhi
